Placeholder I have worked within optometry for about 30 years. My career started soon after I left school when I joined C Davis Keeler in Boston. It was here where I undertook my Dispensing training, by correspondence course with block release to Bradford College. During the time I was with the company I was promoted to Manager of C Davis Keeler in Horncastle.

I returned to work after having a family, and then joined my brother Andy Molsom in 1997 when he opened in Spalding, as manager of the practice.

It has been my ambition to open a practice in partnership with Andy for as long as I can remember. My ambition came to fruition in May 2008 when we opened the Donington practice. I was glad to welcome my daughter to the team two years later when she decided to follow in my footsteps.

In my leisure time I enjoy reading, making my own soft furnishings and gardening. I also enjoy helping, and supporting my husband in his hobby of Kart racing.

I have a beautiful grand-daughter who I enjoy spending time with, playing games and generally spoiling her.
