Local people give an overwhelming endorsement for independent optician - May 2013
An independent survey of Molsom Optometrists patients conducted between January and April, found that over 99% of those asked rated the overall service they received as either good or excellent.
During the months in question every patient seen at the Spalding branch of Molsom & Associates was invited to participate in a comprehensive survey rating the quality of care and professional services they received. The results were subsequently analysed and published by an independent research company.
Commenting Andy Molsom said We always strive to offer local people the very best in eye care and eyewear, but it’s not until you undertake an independent survey of this kind that you gather objective data that has real meaning. Naturally we’re delighted with the findings however we’re not complacent. We know people can choose from a wide range of practices for their eye care needs so our goal is to constantly improve in all areas of provision; building long-term relationships with all the family.
In today’s economic climate it’s hard for small businesses to main their appeal, so it’s especially encouraging that Molsom & Associates continue to grow their business in tough times. “As a small business owner I know how important it is to get things right, so that people feel confident in using our services recommending the practice to family and friends. We have a great team, and we all share a common goal…to offer all of our patients a memorable experience knowing that their eye care is in good hands” said Andy.
The results of the survey provided measurable evidence that Molsom & Associates are currently satisfying their patient’s needs. A copy of the results will be made available on request for both existing patients visiting and those local people keen to find out more about the practice.
