COVID 2nd lockdown update

We are still here to care for your eyes!

We are very much aware that our customers rely on us for their ongoing eyecare. As with the last lockdown, we will be here to take care of you through this very difficult time.

We are open and seeing customers for all of our normal services following advice from our professional bodies. We are therefore continuing to take appointment bookings for essential and urgent eyecare following the same Covid protection protocols that have been in place for many months. We are also continuing our “by appointment only” policy and locked door for everyone’s safety.

Whatever happens, the practice will remain staffed every day and we are available by phone 01775 713366 where you can leave a message if we are unavailable to answer or email info@molsom.co.uk if you prefer. We will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

If you’d like products posted to you in order to avoid an unnecessary visit please contact the team to arrange this.

If you do wish to cancel or reschedule any existing appointment then we fully understand and will be happy to help.

These are worrying times for us all, but I speak for the whole team when I say that we will be working hard through this period to ensure we provide the best care and service possible within the rules that we must follow.
