Molsom & Associates are Sight Care finalists for the second year running!
We are finalists in the category of "marketing campaign of the year. One of our most exciting additions to our marketing campaign has been #molsommole. He joined our team this year and has been out at local schools, pre schools and community events.
After many years visiting Primary schools in the local area providing fun talks on eyecare, it became clear many children had not had an eye examination before starting school. Many parents over looked this area. Most assuming their children were too young to have an eye examination.
So, we worked on providing an age appropriate talk for the younger children and #molsommole joined the team! Redesigning our children's leaflets to be relevant and informative, for both eye examinations and sun care, was our first step. Providing a complimentary book marks for all children we visit in their "goody bag" was an extra treat we added. All of this we hope has helped raise awareness of the importance of looking after children's eyes.
The Molsom team will attend the SightCare awards in September, so fingers crossed and good luck to the other Opticians who have made it to the finals of each category.
