Second Award in 2018 for the Team at Molsom & Associates in Spalding.

More than 150 business representatives came together on Thursday15th November at the sixth annual South Holland Business Awards recognising the amazing talent the district has to offer.

Opening the evening’s celebrations, running through the 10 categories and announcing the winners, was BBC Radio Lincolnshire presenter, Melvyn Prior.
Simon Beardsley, Chief Executive, Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “Firstly, I’d like to take this opportunity, on behalf of myself, the Chamber and the judging panel to thank our winners, finalists and all of our applicants for taking the time to put together a submission.

“We’re proud of all the winners and finalists, and we’re honoured to provide a platform for them to shout about their success.
“Although the judging was particularly difficult this year, with the introduction of two new categories, but we have been extremely impressed with the high standard of applications, demonstrating the wide variety of skills, expertise and work being achieved across the district.

After the success of winning the National SightCare Opticians Award back in September, the team at Molsom & Associates were over the moon to be Finalists for Small Business of the Year.

Andy Molsom added “We have waited 21 years, and 2 Awards arrive in one year!
It is great for our work to be recognised including our commitment to the local community. Not only do we make people’s lives better through giving the time and care their eyesight deserves, but also working with the local schools to improve awareness of children’s eyecare, and giving talks to local health support groups.
The whole team are instrumental in winning both Awards. Without the support of the team, their dedication, and the great customer care they provide, it would not have been possible to win.”

This was the first time Molsom & Associate had been in the running for a business award, so it is a great debut result for them.
